Shipping prices in Portugal:

At all time surfboards are self pickup.
For further information, please contact us by emailing info@kavanusurf.com

- The customer makes an order and does the payment.
- We initiate the delivery process.
- The products of the order of the customer are removed of our warehouse, packed and duly protected for the carrier.
- We forward the order with Chronopost International. Remember that in the value of the order already is enclosed the freight.
- The customer receives inside the merchandise in the dwelling specified with invoice from the estimated stated period.

t this moment the product is necessary to have somebody in the dwelling therefore alone will be delivers by means of signature of the person.
It is not necessary to pay any relative amount to the freight at the moment when you receive the order, therefore the freight already is paid.
